The studio reviews every photograph before artwork begins. If important detail is missing, we contact you for an alternative — an unsuitable image is never silently used.

A proof of your artwork is emailed for approval before production. The proof shows the likeness, name spelling, colors, and composition.

Refinements before production are included. The scope and timing are confirmed in your proof email.

Production begins only after your written approval. Please check name spelling carefully — approved spelling is the customer’s responsibility.

Cancel any time before artwork begins for a full refund. After proof approval, production starts and orders can no longer be cancelled or changed.

Each piece is a considered interpretation of your photograph in the chosen style, not a photographic reproduction. The proof exists so you can see and shape that interpretation before it is made.

Personalized pieces are generally not returnable for preference after proof approval. If your piece arrives damaged or differs from the approved proof, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will remake or refund it.
