How do returns work?
Write to us within thirty days — or thirty nights, for a bed — and we’ll arrange the return or exchange. No forms to hunt for, no restocking fees, no fuss.

About the collections
What makes the beds orthopedic?
A dense, pressure-relieving foam core — the same class of material used in fine mattresses — that supports joints and holds its structure for years. It is the difference between a cushion and a bed.
How does the portrait commission work?
Upload a photograph, choose a size and frame, and our artists illustrate your companion by hand. A proof arrives within 48 hours; revisions are unlimited and nothing prints until you love it.
Does the Signet collar require a subscription?
No. Each plan — six months, one year, or two — includes the collar and full membership: AI health monitoring, live location, escape alerts, and the app. There are no monthly charges on top.
Are the life jackets safe for all dogs?
They fit from extra-small to extra-large and support a natural swimming position. They are an aid for supervised water time — no flotation device replaces watchful company.
